    Weaver Smart Collection Neoprene and Nylon Western Cinch 34”
    This cinch is new but has been sitting in a tack room.
    Slightly dusty and a couple of flea bites in the edge of the neoprene.
    A little wear on the nylon that won’t affect performance.
    See pictures marked with these flaws.
    Just not the kind that I use.
