    A rule of thumb for fitting cinches,
    With saddle on the horse, measure from ring to ring where the Off-Billet and the Latigo attach to the saddle.
    Subtract 16" from the measurement total and this will be the length of the cinch needed.
    Example:  If you have a 48" total measurement, subtract 16" you will need a 32" Cinch
