I will always attach tracking and shipping information to listing after an item has been won and paid for. I cannot ship the item until payment has been made. Typically, I will ship First Class or Priority unless it is a heavier item, then I may ship through UPS. I am not liable for delays due to the postal service or UPS once I have scanned your item into their system.
I usually go to the post office daily or every other day, in hopes that you will receive your item as quickly as possible, but please understand things do come up from time to time and it may not be shipped the very next day. However, I will always have it to the post office before the eBay shipping deadline.
I do not accept returns unless you agree to pay to ship it back to me, but I am typically willing to work with you on any issue that may arise.
If payment is not received within 4 days of winning the auction, I will cancel the win for nonpayment and relist the item. I have eBay set up to send reminders and I will send a final request for payment as well before canceling.
If there is an issue with an item, please contact me, as I am more than willing to work with you fairly as a buyer. I strive for 100% positive feedback. If ever there is a reason you feel I have not earned that, please allow me the chance to make it right, as I care about my customers as well as my reputation.
Some items I list are Brand New, some are used, but I will always post photos as accurately as possible to display any flaws there may be.
