JCPenney 22 Instant Load Pocket Camera, made by Haking/Halina, probably in the late 1970's. Certainly pre-1997 as it has "British Hong Kong" stamped into the bottom.
It has both a flashcube socket and a hotshoe. Also one of the more stylish of the 110 cameras, with a smooth aluminum body, subtle graphics and orange highlights.
