    68 page softcover recipe booklet from the home economics staff of the Culinary Arts Institute of Chicago. Published in 1955, this cookbook features 201 authentic New Orleans Creole and Cajun recipes.
    Measures 6 inches wide and 8 1/2 inches tall. Staple bound with a colorful graphic cover, and color and black and white photos and graphics inside.
    The cover shows slight wear at the edges (see photos). The stapled binding is tight with no loose or missing pages and no staining or writing.
