Fair condition but a FABULOUS piece & considering it’s age…..
“This is a vintage used item, in fair to good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is visible rubbing/scuffing to surface of guide, edgewear and associated corner wear, blemishing/discoloration to front/rear covers. Overall paper quality is good, smooth/clean, with good preservation of full-color and B&W photographs/images and sharp black text, some wear/tanning. There are some nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations or repairs. The guide measures approx 10 x 10 “ with 15 pages.”
