Beitel Lottery Products, Smart Play International, Custom Built in 1993 for the State of Colorado, In Service from 1993-2001, Was Refurbished in 1999, Keno and Lotto Option, In perfect Working Condition, Serial # 6998921. Does NOT come with Balls but they are available from the manufacturer.  This machine cost ,000 new in 1993.  All service records available .  Has both ball cartridges for Keno and Lotto.
