From what I can tell is this is from around the early  1940's.
I believe it to be original and not a reprint, but I have not way to be certain, sold as is as found.
There is no date that I can see, and it is completely in French.
Very hard to find, I can not even find another one like it pictured any place, but please do your own research.
Good condition, not perfect,
