Frank and Dweezil Zappa            "4 album cover slicks"
This is 4 promo album cover slicks for the Zappa's :
Three are for Frank Zappa's 1995 compilation album "Stricktly Commercial (The Best Of Frank Zappa)".         The front look just like the album cover.       And the back side is just like the front.         These were printed by Rykodisc Records.
One is for Dweezil Zappa's 1987 album "My Guitar Want To Kill Your Mama....".      The front looks just like the album cover.    The back sides says "Dweezil Zappa : Featuring........My Guitar Wants To Kill Your Mama, The Coolest Guy In The World, and Her Eyes Don't Follow Me.      This was printed by Chrysalis Records.
Total of four album cover slicks.         This is all I have left by The Zappa's.
Album cover slicks are used to promote an album when it is first released.     They are thin cardboard sheets.       The front looks just like the album cover.     Usually the back is different.   They are the same size (12X12) as an album cover, but they do not hold an album.     They were given free to record stores to promote new albums.     They are 12 inches tall by 12 inches wide.      Some people call these flats.
Condition is  : M-
These is no writing, no tape, no tears, no pin holes, and no staple holes.    Except the "Havin' A Bad Day" slick has a stain on the back side on the top right corner.
About Me :
I started collecting records and Rock N Roll memorabilia in 1966.     I started selling records in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Port Townsend, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'.       My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.      I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.        I only have a few fanzines, posters, slicks, press kits, sheet music, and flyers.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     These will be sealed inside an inner clear plastic album sleeve.     I will package these flat, like a record.         I use hand cut composite cardboard that won't get bent.   The package will say "Fragile Record" in red on both sides.
Postage :  Weight : 19 ounces
The winner has
to pay for the postage.        This will be sent by Media mail to a US winner.      I will print postage through Ebay and you will get an automatic email with the tracking number.   International winners will get shipping through the Ebay Global Shipping Program.        I will send these as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday).         This is from a no smoking and no pets home.    I do not accept returns.
