This Dorothy Draper campaign style furnature was made by esteemed US furniture maker Drexel Heritage. The line is appropriately named “Accolade” with old growth flaxen flared grain inlays. Faux bamboo brass corner accents on all four corners and brass pull hardware tie together British traditional and Eastern design.The style of this piece draws influence from Mid Century Modern, Campaign, and Asian Chinoiserie.
The Drexel Accolade series used a combination of solid hardwood interiors. No MDF, quality wood design.
From the "Et Cetera Series Accolade Collection", this Campagn Style China Cabinet is Beautiful! Made from oak with Pecan finish, features brass pulls and accents, beveled glass doors, adjustable glass shelves with plate grooves, and lighting. Behind the four lower doors are three center drawers, including one silver drawer with felt liner. Note the makers mark pictured in the silver drawer. Excellent overall condition.
Also from the "Et Cetera Series Accolade Collection", this Campagn Style table is larger than most, starting at 74" and expands to a whopping 114". Perfect for big family dinners. Note the furnature makers stamp on the underside of the table. It is also oak with pecan finish to match the china cabinet, comes with 2 extension leaves and 8 chairs. The chairs (6 side and 2 captains) have upholstered seats that are easily changed to fit your style. The cane backing is rarely flawless. These are a must see.
Drexel pieces are known for their quality. These vintage beauties were handed down to only the  second owner and have been well cared for over the years. Overall, the set is in good vintage condition and wear is consistent with age - some blemishes are present.
