This will also help you determine if your cylinder is cast iron sleeve for boring or if it's a plated cylinder we can't bore and hone a plated cylinder that is a different process.

Cylinders must be stripped of all parts befor shipping Reed cages heads power valves location pins etc. Head studs and exhaust studs are ok left in. You must send the new piston and its installation paperwork if any with the cylinder for exact fitment. Don't send wrist pin clips or rings JUST THE PISTON. Your responsible for gaping your rings upon assembly.
