    This Charles Atlas Health and Strength Program was an estate sale find.  This complete mail-order printed program includes all 12 lessons, along with the original mailing envelopes.  Each printed lesson is completely legible.  The original owner has marked each lesson with a roman numeral in ink at the top of the first page (see pic # 9).
    The progtam includes advice on exercises to perform and foods to eat (as well as avoid) to achieve greater health.  Illustrations of the exercises are provided as well.
    Also included is a typed letter personally signed by Charles Atlas to the original owner of this program, congratulating him on the progress he achieved (see pic # 7).
