    All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
    Order placed during Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next available business day.
    We highly recommend professional installation for all products. Installation instructions are not included for some products.
    Please inspect your package upon arrival. NO exchange or refund after 30 days counting from the first day the order is received. In case of receiving wrong item, please contact us immediately and we'll exchange for you free of charge.
    For bidders that do not pay, we will file an unpaid item dispute with eBay.

    Warranty Period: 30 Days from delivery day. We are not responsible for any return or exchange after the warranty period.

    We are not be able to correct the address after the order was placed, so please update your shipping address on eBay and Paypal before placing the order. Reshipping fee will be applied for any insufficient/undeliverable address.
    Some parts may not be legal for street use. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check all local, state, and  federal laws regarding legality of items being purchased.

    Fitment issue
    We do not make the products, installation instructions are not included in most cases. Please consult mechanics with experience of aftermarket products.
    We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) items. We take no responsibility in teaching you how to install and fees that charged by your car shop.
    Although our products are made to fit OEM specifications, there may be slight issues with gaps on lighting. If the vehicle has had collision damage, the chances of improper fitment increase. Vehicles with poor body frame alignment and or flex will also be more likely to have fitment gaps. We guarantee fitment gap are no more than 1/3" wide on each side. Installation by non-certified professionals is dangerous and could cause item or vehicle damage.
    Return and exchange
    Inspect all item upon arrival, if you found the item broken or defective, please notify us within 7 days. No claim will be accepted after 7 days.
    All sales are final, please read our description carefully and ask questions before placing your bids.
    Please keep the original box and the shipping label because if anything is wrong with the product we will only accept return package with the original packaging.
    We may request buyers to provide digital pictures due to damage/defective product for return/exchange reason, this can help us to find the best solution to buyers and ensure to give customer a smooth and faster transaction.
    Mistakes do happen. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will help you return and exchange free of charge.
