We do not scratch off serial numbers..whats the point???? We are selling these bill acceptors exactly the way we get them from the casino. We test and make sure they accept bills.
These bill validators are tested with USD .00, they may take all the old money and maybe some new...I do not think they take the
New 5's and 10's. Maybe..... Customers responsible for any programing, if there is anything to be programed.
We pull them and ship them after testing. .we just make sure they work.
No warranty, no returns on these bill heads etc.  Our Choice.... Amps will be different also, such as 1A,  15A etc. and they are B023 and B123 at our choosing.
